We will coordinate the maintenance schedules of the works for the buildings facility equipment. [i.e. Fire Alarm System, A/C Equipment, Cleaning, Elevator, Mechanical, Fire Pump, Fire Extinguisher, Pest Control and any other facilities related works.]
Ensuring complete work before authorizing payments.
We will provide facility and equipment reports monthly, semi-annually, quarterly and annually (where necessary)
We will obtain quotes for work / services where necessary
